Marlo Philip and Marvel Philip are the creators of Philip Ventures - a managed facilitation support services company with operations in US and India.

Marvel Philip is a San Francisco, California based entrepreneur, investor, trained physical therapist and currenty serves as the CEO of EdTheory, LLC which was founded by him in 2018. As part of Marvel’s vision for EdTheory and its corporate social responsibility, he took the initiative to launch a rural community based special education program called Project Hope in April 2018. This program is run by TejasAsia, a registered and accredited nonprofit organization based in New Delhi, India and is aimed at ensuring children with special needs from low-income families have access to special education materials, therapy resources, and technologies. Marvel spends his free time with his wife and their four-year-old son, loves traveling and enjoys the outdoors.

Marlo Philip is a dynamic leader, social entrepreneur and passionate about people and community development. Marlo completed his education in India with an undergraduate degree in science. He worked for Woolworths Ltd, Australia in a senior management position for over seven years. In 2005, he resigned from Woolworths Ltd & returned back to India. In 2010, he founded TejasAsia, now has become one of the leading nonprofit organization in New Delhi, India. Marlo spends his free time with his wife, loves reading, traveling, and riding his bike.
